- WSQ-Perform Rigger and Signalman Task
- WSQ-Operate Lorry Crane
- WSQ-Supervise Safe Lifting Operations
- Deliver and implement safety training programs based on organization’s needs
Requirement
- Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) qualified
- At least 3 years relevant work experience
- Ability to conduct classes in English, Chinese, Malay, Tamil, Bengali, Bahasa, Mandarin
- Good presentation, training delivery and facilitation skills
Customer Care executive
- Initiate and handle regular follow ups of all sales enquires; including walk-ins, calls and emails enquiries
- Ensure administrative compliance (including submission / application of relevant documents) with government and accreditation regulation bodies
- Maintain good relationships with customers at all time
- Maintain good communication within the company
- Attend to course registration, preparation of course material, and trainee attendance list
- Checking and verifying courses documentation are in order before submission to relevant authorities
Requirement
- At least 2 years relevant work experience
- Nitec or equivalent
- Proactive with a positive attitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-driven and independent
