About this course
This course equips learners with practical knowledge and tools to automate complex tasks using agentic AI agents. Learners will acquire in-demand competencies such as designing, deploying and troubleshooting AI-driven workflows for enhanced productivity. The course addresses the increasing need for data-driven task automation in product development roles.
As industries increasingly adopt AI technologies, product teams must integrate AI agents to handle routine, complex, and analytical tasks. This course is aligned with current market demands and supports learners in:

- Able to read and understand English instructions and communicate clearly (recommended WPL Level 5 or equivalent)
- Comfortable using digital platforms such as web tools, online forms, or spreadsheets
- Has prior exposure to workflows, automation tools, or data tasks, even if not in a tech-specific role
- Open to learners from product, operations, admin, or junior tech roles seeking to automate routine or complex tasks using AI
- Suitable for those with GCE ‘O’ Level or NITEC background, or working experience in digital or process-based functions

Who is this course for?
